Important Notice

We do not issue refunds for any course or digital product once:

  • The order is confirmed and payment is processed
  • The product is sent/assigned to your account
  • Course materials have been accessed or downloaded

Possible Exceptions

While our general policy is no refunds for digital products, we may consider exceptions in these rare cases:

Duplicate Purchase

If you accidentally purchased the same course twice, we may refund the duplicate transaction if requested within 24 hours.

Technical Failure

If our platform experienced a technical failure that prevented you from accessing purchased content despite our best efforts to resolve it.

Important Note

All exception cases are evaluated individually at our discretion. Simply changing your mind about a purchase does not qualify for a refund.
