The intellectual property rights of all content remain with Civil Marathon. Purchasing a course grants limited access for personal use but does not transfer ownership rights.

The use of bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the platform is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
Civil Marathon strives to provide uninterrupted access but does not guarantee the platform's availability at all times due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
Under the Marathon Plan, engineers may enroll by paying a partial amount, with the remaining 50% payable after 1 month from enrollment date.
Failure to adhere to payment terms will result in course access suspension and potential legal action to recover outstanding dues plus applicable penalties.
Users are solely responsible for content posted on the platform. Civil Marathon reserves the right to remove any content that is unlawful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable without prior notice.
You agree to indemnify and hold Civil Marathon harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
Civil Marathon reserves the right to update these Terms at its discretion. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
